    Hello

    Now I am a resident of Bangalore though I was born and brought up at Thanjavur. I was working in LIC at Chennai from 1957 to 1963 and transferred to my Hometown at my request. I have two daughters, elder is at Chennai and I frequently visit Chennai to see my daughter, grand-daughter & son-in-law. I joined this Forum to know the happenings at Chennai. Thanks. Gangadharan.

    Hi Ganga,

    I was born in Thirukattuppalli. So we happen to be neighbors by birth so to speak. I have lots of relations in Thanjavur and the surroundings and also had lands in Papanasam. So tell us more about your experience in Chennai. I visit Chennai end of every year where I have relations as well.
