It is nice to be dancing when you do something you always love to do. It gives more meaning, keeps you fit and agile through out your life. It’s knownas Copy, Paste Choreography. Dancing is a way to burn calories that add unwanted waistline increase.

After practicing it for about a week you will do things you love to do, even faster. To avoid dehydration drink some water once in while. May be one day you will learn to write your own stuff about practicing this dance and create your own dance and make a YouTube movie.
