Srinagar, January 20 (ANI): Locals and tourists bear the brunt of cold and heavy snowfall in the state of Jammu and Kashmir as airfares go sky high owing to blockade of the surface link to the valley. The strategic 302 kilometre long highway is the only surface link to the valley that connects it with the rest of the country. During the month of December, the airfare from Srinagar to the national capital was reported to be in the range of Rupees 2500 to 3500 which has now reached between Rupees 13,000 to 18,000
