Description Bijni, July 27 (ANI): Assam Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi today blamed the central government and said that the situation would not have deteriorated had the Army been deployed from day one to the violence hit districts of Kokrajhar, Chirang and Dhubri, where communal riots has claimed 45 lives and left 2.9 lakh people homeless. Gogoi also lashed out at the BJP for playing politics amid crisis.
