New Delhi, April 22 (ANI): Strongly opposing the adoption of a position contrary to Kerala s legal stand in the Enrica Lexie Shooting incident, by additional solicitor general Harin Raval, Kerala Chief Minister Oommen Chandy has asked the Centre to axe him. Raval had earlier submitted in the Supreme Court that India had no jurisdiction to detain Enrica Lexie, from which Italian marines had shot dead two Indian fishermen on February 15 off the Kerala coast. Meanwhile, the Kerala state government remained clear on its stand that the incident happened in Indian waters, and was subject to Indian jurisdiction.
