New Delhi, February 22 (ANI): BJP senior leader Yashwant Sinha today accused the Congress party of diluting powers of the Election Commission. Sinha even took a dig at the incumbent government s decision over the creation of the National Counter Terrorism Centre (NCTC), that squashes state powers to deal with militancy. The central government aims to set up the NCTC by the start of March this year.
