Description New Delhi, December 21 (ANI): Congress General Secretary Janardhan Dwivedi, while talking to media persons after the Congress Parliamentary Party meeting today, quoted the opinion of party President Sonia Gandhi on issues of corruption, black money and Lokpal bill. Quoting Sonia Gandhi, he said it was the congress party which first talked and iniated steps on Corruption and Lokpal.
