Patna, October 3 (ANI): Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has said that floodwaters will take time to recede in Bihar. He said this after undertaking an aerial survey of flood affected areas on Sunday. Kumar also said that relief work is being carried out with full enthusiasm and added that the calamity has not dampened spirits in the run up to the festive season. Floods in Bihar are a regular feature during the monsoon period every year. The record breaking level in the Sone River this year has submerged several villages and left scores of people stranded in the state.
