Description

Kochi, August 29 (ANI): At least seven passengers were injured as a Gulf Air plane from Bahrain with 137 passengers skidded off the runway as it was landing at Kochi international airport in Kerala on Monday. The incident occurred at 3.55 am when the Bahrain Kochi flight shot 5 10 metres off the runway. It was an Airbus A 320 plane. Gulf Air is working with the authorities to determine the cause of the accident though Airport officials say heavy rain and wind could be the reason for the incident. The incident created panic in passengers.
