New Delhi, September 09 (ANI): Heavy rains, continuing since Thursday night, led to water logging in various parts of national capital Friday morning, slowing down the traffic on most of the important roads. As a result, the rains brought harrowing times for commuters who faced long traffic jams due to water logging. The Control Room at the MCD reported 13 cases of waterlogging besides seven cases of falling of trees and two of building collapses. The rain gauges measured 36.6 mm of showers between 4 am to 8:30 am, the MeT Department said. The minimum temperature was recorded at 25.1 degree Celsius, normal for this time of the year, as against yesterday's 26.1 degrees.
