New Delhi, March 14 (ANI): Congress Leader Harish Rawat today told reporters in New Delhi that he was not a rebel but was saddened by the decision of party s senior leaders for choosing Vijay Bahuguna as Uttarakhand chief minister. According to media reports, after the name was declared, Rawat, one of the key contenders for the post of the chief minister, expressed discontent for not being chosen as the state chief. Nearly a week after declaration of poll results, Congress party on late Monday evening selected Vijay Bahuguna as the new state chief of Uttarakhand.
