Seraikella Kharsawan, February 22 (ANI): The fear of Maoists in rebel infested areas of Seraikella Kharsawan in Jharkhand has stalled development, as labourers dreaded being attacked by the ultras at construction sites. The villagers complained that there has been terror all around after the state of Jharkhand was carved out in 2000. Maoists have attacked many schools, hospitals, and government institutions and this offensive has severely affected children's education and has brought normal life to a standstill.
