Latehar, August 07 (ANI): Locals in Maoist dominated Latehar district of Jharkhand have complained of poor development in their area.Due to poor condition of roads in some villages,locals face trouble in commuting from one place to another.Local media reported that due to continuous threats of stalling the construction work by the rebels, the construction work has been delayed. Meanwhile, District Collector of Latehar, Rahul Pukhar, also confirmed that Maoist threats are the main reason of delay or lack of road construction in the region and assured that soon the work will resume.
