Jammu, February 22 (ANI): Renewable Energy Minister Farooq Abdullah today said that the centre did commit a mistake by not consulting state governments before setting up of the anti militancy unit, the National Counter Terrorism Center (NCTC). However, Abdullah further defended the centre saying that its intention was not to seize the power from the states.
