Kanpur/ Patna, September 11 (ANI): Post Delhi High Court blast, security measures were beefed up in Kanpur on Saturday. A high intensity blast had rocked the national capital on Wednesday killing 13 people and injuring around 88. Scores of security personnel were deployed at railway stations, bus stands and other sensitive areas with high density of people. Rajesh Kumar Rai, Deputy Inspector General (DIG), said they are keeping a strict vigil across the city. Meanwhile, people in Patna carried out a rally against militancy and immersed earthen lamps in holy river Ganga to express solidarity with the victims of the blast.
