Lucknow, December 18 (ANI): Launching a scathing attack on the Congress, Chief Minister Mayawati said it is responsible for the poor condition of Muslims across the nation. Addressing a rally at the Ramabai Ambedkar grounds in Lucknow today, Mayawati tried to woo Muslims saying her party did a lot of work for the upliftment of Dalits and Muslims. With the Congress all set to announce reservations for Muslims in the Other Backward Castes quota, the battle to woo the crucial 18 per cent voters from the minority community is intensifying in poll bound Uttar Pradesh.
