New Delhi, July 9 (ANI): Taking a dig at Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, over the Time magazine s report, dubbing him as an underachiever BJP spokesperson Ravi Shankar Prasad today said that the UPA was the most corrupt government. He also said that development, employment, security all has suffered under Manmohan Singh s governance. Prasad added that the mis governance by Manmohan Singh s go vernment has cost the country its jobs and stalled economic growth, maligning the country s image on the global map. Prasad took a jibe at President of Congress party, Sonia Gandhi and added that she is the one who directs Singh to take important decisions.
