Lucknow, August 29 (ANI): International President of right wing outfit Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP), Ashok Singhal on Sunday warned of a big movement if the proposed Prevention of Communal and Targeted Violence (Access to Justice and Reparations) Bill 2011 is passed by the Parliament. The VHP leader further said that if the Bill, would be passed, then only Hindu society would be blamed for communal violence. Criticising the proposed Communal Violence Bill as a threat to the Hindu community, which is majority in the nation, Singhal claimed that Congress chief Sonia Gandhi is trying to give the community a bad name in the world.
