Gajapati, January 26 (ANI): Disillusioned with the movement after enduring exploitation and harassment by the cadres, a woman Maoist surrendered before the police in the Gajapati district of Orissa with the hope of turning over a new leaf on the eve of the country's 63rd Republic Day. Coming as a major success in the fight against the left wing insurgency, the young woman ultra, Tabita Mallick, renounced violence and vowed to start her life afresh before the Superintendent of Police at Gajapati, Sarthak Sarangi.
